How to Left Lateral Step-Up

Primary Muscles: Legs,  Glutes

Exercise Families: Bodyweight

Trainer: Ashley Steele

Steps:

  1. Stand to the side of a bench, with your left foot on the bench. Bend your arms and interlock your fingers.

  2. Hold a tall posture and press through the box to stand up tall on the box, driving your right knee toward your chest as you step onto the bench.

  3. Return to the start position and continue the movement for the specified amount of time or repetitions.
