How to Overhead Tricep Extension

Stand in good posture with your feet positioned hip-width apart. Lift your arms and bend at the elbow to position a dumbbell behind your head.
Tighten the back of your arms to extend both elbows pulling the dumbbell overhead. Pause, hold the up-position briefly, and lower the dumbbells to the starting position.
Continue the overhead tricep extensions for the specified amount of time or repetitions.
You should feel this exercise challenging your arms and triceps.
